All sales are final as most items are custom made to order. We are not responsible for lost or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
-Magnets/Mirrors - Each order is custom and cannot be returned. Please reach out to us if there's any concerns.
-Jewelries -All jewelry are handmade and will not be 100% perfect. Please be advise if you are picky. Our jewelry are 18K gold plated and handmade.
